Start with the boring causes

Most app faults are connectivity, storage or an out-of-date build. Work through those before assuming an outage.

Installation fails

Free at least a few hundred megabytes, delete the partial download, and re-download over Wi-Fi. If your device blocks the install outright, the browser permission for unknown sources has been revoked — re-grant it for the download step only.

Stuck in a login loop

1. Confirm the password works on the website
2. Clear the app cache
3. Check your device clock is set to automatic — a skewed clock breaks session tokens
4. Reinstall as a last resort; your account and balance are server-side

Odds do not update

The live feed uses a persistent connection that mobile networks drop when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular. Pull to refresh, disable battery-saver mode for the app, and clear the cache.

Crashes during live streams

Streaming is the heaviest thing the app does. Lower the stream quality, close background apps, and avoid running the stream and a hotspot at the same time.

Cashier screen will not load

This is frequently a payment-provider script blocked by a VPN or a content blocker. Disable both, then retry.

When it is not you

If the site is also unreachable on desktop and another network, it is an outage — support chat will confirm faster than repeated reinstalls.
