Editorial policy
The rules we hold ourselves to, written down so you can hold us to them.
Independence
Commercial agreements never determine whether we cover something, what score it receives, or how a weakness is described. Nobody outside the editorial team approves an article before publication.
Review criteria
Platform reviews are scored against fixed criteria, applied identically every time:
- Product depth — market lists, game catalogue, live features
- Payments — methods, limits, realistic processing windows
- Verification — what is required and when it is requested
- Mobile — feature parity with desktop, install and update path
- Terms clarity — bonus wagering, maximum bet clauses, withdrawal conditions
- Support — channel availability and usefulness in a dispute
Sourcing
Statements of fact come from official operator documentation, our own hands-on testing, or a named third party. Where a claim is our observation rather than published policy, we say so. Rumours and unverified user reports are not published as fact.
AI assistance
We use automated tooling to identify topic gaps, draft first versions and check for duplication across our own library. Every draft is scored for quality and topical relevance before it can be scheduled, and anything below our thresholds is held for human review rather than published. No article reaches the site without editorial sign-off.
Updates and corrections
Every article shows its last updated date. Reviews are re-checked at least quarterly and whenever our newsroom records a relevant platform change. Corrections are made in place and noted where the change is material.
Safer gambling
We do not present gambling as income, we do not publish "systems", and every relevant page carries an 18+ notice and a link to responsible gambling guidance.
